Dappler Labs was started by KTH researchers having developed a completely new way to carry out measurements for quality control in semiconductor manufacturing. Dappler Labs is developing a metrology solution that significantly reduces costs and speeds up inspection processes in semiconductor manufacturing. Their technology utilizes optical microscopes while being able to achieve subnanometer precision- all in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional methods such as electron microscopy.
